Local government should be easy to follow and offer straightforward ways for residents to participate. Yet, township meetings are tough to locate and the website is outdated and difficult to use. We need open, accessible meetings and long-overdue upgrades to digital tools, so every resident can stay informed and engaged.

Permits without Puzzles

Whether buying, selling, building, or updating, residents deserve straightforward guidance and digital tools. We need to update vague regulations into plain language and create tools that work—like easy-to-use digital forms and clear step-by-step instructions. Updating these systems means fewer frustrations, lower costs, and better outcomes for everyone.

Trash Talk that Matters

Manalapan residents deserve consistent, cost-effective trash and recycling services. We'll push for accountable policies and clearer communication before major changes are made. When government listens first and leads with facts, service improves for everyone.

A Clear View into Property Tax Assessments

Manalapan residents deserve predictable and fair property tax assessments—not yearly surprises. We're taking a hard look at the current system to understand what's driving increases and how to create more consistency. Homeowners should be able to plan ahead without feeling blindsided by rising costs.
